3. If buyer receives damaged or defective product then buyer has to go through OEM warranty procedure. Our team would help in getting replacement if claimed under seven nos of days. Products’ warranty is directly by manufacturer, Computronics Multivision Private Limited’ online store is not responsible for such reason. On request our team would help to get replacement or troubleshoot under warranty period.
4. Computronics Multivision Private Limited’ process the refund if buyer has not received the product within 30days of shipped product.
5. Computronics Multivision Private Limited would not refund the amount for any kind of digital keys provided online activation.
6. Computronics Multivision Private Limited agrees to deliver the digital activation keys in 0-10 nos of working days. In case of cancellation of the order 10% amount would be deducted from the total amount for refund to process.

5. PRODUCTS DELIVERED AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

• In some situations, products will only be purchased from the manufacturer if the buyer places an order.
•  The customer will be advised of the lead time for the against order product, and the order will be completed after customer confirmation.
• Only prepaid orders will be executed with against order product(s).

Cancellation requests for against-order products will not be allowed beyond 8 working days from client confirmation.

Requests for a full refund will not be considered in the following circumstances:

If a customer cancels an order within 4 working days, a 5% service charge will be taken from the total amount and the remaining amount will be returned.

1. If a customer cancels an order within 8 working days of the agreed date, a service fee of 7% will be removed from the total amount and the remaining amount will be returned.

4. EMI

4.1. At the time of payment, you can choose your preferred EMI option.

4.2. The entire value of your order at the moment of payment determines the final EMI.

4.3. Annual interest rates are calculated by the Bank based on the falling monthly balance. The principal is reduced with each EMI in the monthly lowering cycle, and interest is calculated on the outstanding balance.

4.4. The EMI payment option requires a minimum order value of Rs 5,000.

4.5. Interest already billed in an EMI transaction will not be recoverable under any circumstances if the transaction is refunded in any way.

4.6. While there is no processing cost for using the EMI option, the bank’s interest will not be repaid.

4.7. Check with the relevant bank/issuer to see how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure would influence the EMI terms, as well as what interest costs you would face.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We only offer a carry-in warranty on all of our products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the service centre.

Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor.  When there is a product service problem, we always ask the customer to send a copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes. The client is responsible for shipping costs.

Only in acceptable physical condition will goods be accepted for warranty repair or replacement after they have been sold.

In the aforesaid situations, products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be refused and considered warranty invalid.

Warranty clauses are null and void for damage caused by mistreatment of equipment for any reason causing harm to the items, such as lack of understanding, incorrect handling, electricity problems, and so on, on the assumption that the product would not have been damaged under normal conditions.

Only manufacturing flaws are covered by the warranty, which is governed by the manufacturer’s policy. If the manufacturer has a local service centre, the consumer must contact the service centre directly with the purchase data for warranty.

According to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy, products under warranty will be fixed or replaced Without accessories, manuals, Software CDs / DVDs, and exterior box packing, we reserve the right to refuse warranty goods. Any servicing disputes or issues must be sent solely to the manufacturer/distributor/direct company’s dealer address. We are not liable for any legal action that may arise as a result of this.
